Learning about bit more about James Thurber

I was watching some animation from the 1930s and 40s and noticed this post of James Thurber's The Unicorn In The Garden. I remember reading a few articles here and there about James Thurber but never really went into depth with that research. I knew, he was a major cartoonist for the New Yorker.


Someone posted a comment that the video is about his first wife. The woman character is awful! Anyway, I really love this quote from Thurber:

"For the hawk eyed person life has none of the soft edges which for me blur into fantasy…” -James Thurber
