Take A Look: 10 Steps To Better Web Research

Free Tools For Technology shared this slideshow created by Mark Moran and Shannon Firth of Dulcinea Media and I recommend taking a look at it.Going through this slideshow, I feel some validation and assurance that our web search unit is a step in the right direction. I also learned some new tips like AROUND(10), which is a function that can find a specific term 10 words from another term. They example they use is "Kennedy AROUND(10) moon."

They also are school librarian supporters, which is always a plus in my book.

Heard this story this morning on NPR. I remember watching this show and wanting to be one of the kids at the end who do the reviews. Go figure that I would become a librarian
